Even if this is a Standard series Suhr, it’s quite obvious that this is custom guitar, made up to standards that I have not seen on any other brand

Build quality is top notch and the versatility is just amazing. You can play from the most hot licks using the bridge pickup to a perfect classic single coil sound in the neck (and all the possibilities in between )

Regarding the neck, I would consider it a thin neck, but not too thin to be uncomfortable. Quite comfy no matter if you are chording or soloing.

I consider the Standard model of Suhr their flagship, being just in the middle of the classic and the modern approach. A guitar for almost every type of music and player, that you can rely on.
