On first inspection the guitar looks pretty good out of the box. It has a plastic bridge, laminated spruce top, plastic pins, chrome tuners and ebony fretboard. Large single cut-away on the guitar and Fishman electro acoustic panel and pickups. It came with a gig bag, tools and it may have come with a cable too.
The tone of the guitar is quite full and pretty warm. I changed the strings to some Martins as i prefer those, but the factory ones were fine. I used through a p.a, and i found this to be it’s best ampiflication mode. Through a small amp it sounded thin, tinny, and scratchy, but all electro acoustics do in my opinion, not just this one.
The action was okay. I found that as an experienced player i could get around the guitar without too much hassle.
The finish of the guitar was okay. Some money saved with plastic pins, and bridge, but I cannot remember anything bad, or out of the ordinary concerning this guitar…..
I would say if you’re a pro, semi pro, or pretty experinced you won’t be looking at buying this guitar, as we know it won’t meet our needs. Like a lot of things in life you get what you pay for. But as a learner, or someone pretty new to the game a guitar like this could be right up their street. You have to research, try some out in shops, and then take a chance on something….That’s life…….
At time of writing the guitar is £80 United Kingdom Sterling. I think that’s not bad value, a kid could learn whilst using it, take it to school, practices etc……And an adult beginner could start with something like this also………

Features:
This guitar has a tuner built into it, which is a nice touch for such a cheap guitar. It can be plugged into a desk or amp and has a built in EQ to help fix the sound.
Sound:
This guitar is good for busking. Acoustically, it sounds decent and quite loud for the price. The biggest problem is it’s mic, which picks up the higher strings a lot louder than the lower E and A strings, which makes it quite useless for gigging with when you need to do some solos on it.
Quality:
It has a good black finish to it, and definitely looks the part. The tuners are decent too, smooth with no hiccups in the turning mechanism.
For the price it’s a good guitar. If you are playing for bigger stages and want to sound your best, I would look elsewhere, but for small parties and general practice this guitar is very nice.

Playing guitar is a hobby for me, and I’m still learning to play, so this guitar sounds and feels good enough.
It holds the tuning well even after it stays in the case for a longer time.
Visually it looks great overall. Mine had a little black dot under the lacquer on the yellow part but it’s a really minor detail, and the dots on the neck (those visible from above, not the ones from the fretboard) look like were inserted in a sloppy manner – the lacquer is cracked around a few of them.
I didn’t change the factory strings, although they feel odd to the touch. I’m not sure how to describe it – they feel maybe a bit sticky, like the slides are not very easy on them.
One aspect that I regret not giving more attention to is that there is no strap button in the front of the guitar. There’s one only on the back. If you want to add a strap, you have to know it to the neck.
In short, I’m pleased with the sound and the overall quality for the price. However, if I would go back in time, I would by the Fender FA-125CE instead of this.
Pros: sounds good, tunes fine, affordable price
Cons: no relevant ones

The overall built quality is good although some of the lower frets have needed dressing as they were quite rough. For someone starting out this may not even be noticeable but as an experienced guitarist its something you pick up on and i have remeadeed this my self.
Again for someone just starting on guitar, especially acoustic this guitar has a nice neck with a lowish action so should not be problem on the fingers.
It was bought as part of the package deal offered including a good quality Thomman gig bag, a selection of picks, a lead and a tuner. I have already suggested to Thomman that as this guitar has a built-in tuner as part of the Fishman pickup system, the supplied tuner is really not required but the package would be better containing a strap, which is the only thing not supplied.
Overal great little starter guitar/package with great service and delivery tracking from Thomman.
Keep up the good work guys totally recommended item

Yes it is cheap and not sturdy compared to expensive ones I admit but it is one of the amazing guitar I ever played. I wonder how much better it will be if I spend more than that on a Fender electro acoustic.
Anyway, completely happy that manage to get it cheap from Thomann as they saved my day again. Would you believe that I can’t find a decent electro acoustic guitar with this price here in the UK, not alone in a bundle.
So try it and I am sure you won’t be disappointed if you want to buy this guitar as a beginner but be warned that this can change opinion to an experience guitarist.
Comment:
My only piece of criticism is that after some down tuning and 6 months of frequent usage, there are strong signs of fret buzz which worries me as it can be quite costly to address that problem, a problem which shouldn’t be encountered so soon in a guitar. Any guitarist who plans to gig quite a bit and especially if they intend to use alternate tunings, they may find that they’d be better off with a slightly higher range guitar.
But other than that, I was relatively pleased with the overall quality of the guitar!

Mine was made in Indonesia and looks really nice in the gloss black finish. I decided on the black because of the laminate construction and my preference for satin finishes. Although it may not have exotic materials, it’s extremely solid, uses quality components, and is an absolute joy to play. It simply sounds and feels great.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t ship with a case nor a strap. However, it does come pre-strung with some Fender coated strings and a truss-rod adjustment tool.
I’m really happy with this guitar. It’s everything it needs to be and nothing it doesn’t. I totally recommend it for new players and anyone who just needs a basic, affordable daily-player.

Changed the strings on Daddario Phosphor Bronze and remained the clearest sound yet. I am satisfied with this purchase.
