It doesn’t always have the hammer action (they’ve been more costly and much heavier), and so the tips reaction is a bit linear and pasty, but good if you want to get a grip on the velocity that is key. No aftertouch though, but this really is quite common on weighted keyboard as you can add the aftertouch later on making use of your DAW.
I purchased the MK2 which has the trasport switch at the top, an excellent full piano and Ableton sequencer contained in the price. So all you have to focus on.

Overall, I’m quite pleased with the gear cannot recommend highly enough to both novices and veterans to get that one (or maybe more) in the studio.
Comment:
there clearly was no MIDI in/out, but I do not absolutely need them at the moment, which means this keyboard corresponds to all or any my needs right now with all these faders, pads and system buttons.

It comes with Ignite software, which can be good, but i don’t actually use it, because it has latency problems and since the instruments do not sound real.
I recommend it to anyone starting out, as it has high quality and great price.

Pros:
Highly programable, feels actually nice! They secrets are beautiful. Nearly like complete weighted secrets nonetheless they feel very close to the deal that is genuine. Nothing like those that are plastic usually find on keyboards like this. All of the knobs and faders feel great nothing much to complain about. The plugins that came with it are actually good. I’ve currently utilized them quite a whole great deal in getting the pads synths and anything else I needed from their store. Enroll your rule along with free access to them!
Cons:
Oh boy do you have to understand how exactly to make use of it. For everybody planning to understand this remember you need to understand a bit just how these work with different programs like Ableton, Mainstage etc. Be ready to sweat a bit before you get the mind around the various settings this thing has, presuming this will be very first time buying something such as this.
that said once you learn how to use it, it will it is job fantastically! Possibly the choice that is best in this cost range. Keys feel well and I feel just like I have a keyboard worth significantly more than what I payed for.
to see I have no had the problems some people on the internet were saying about it freezing or whatever. It worked flawlessly. Although at first I install it incorrect and got actually frustrated until I finally identified just how it ended up being assume to exert effort!
Comment:
Probably the best thing on it are the secrets that are velocity sensitive and painful with an aftertouch. Those are useful for a person who is up to learning just how to play a piano the way that is closest possible to the genuine one + it contains input for sustain and volume pedals.
Bunch of faders and knobs could be assigned on whatever user could wish for. Assigning them may be a bit long process however it is invaluable for workflow.
The X/Y pad is nice and enjoyable addition for this midi keyboard that you simply can not see on others in this budget range.
All in every, CODE 61 is, for me, great keyboard for that cost. It is a bit complicated for new performers who haven’t yet worked on numerous keyboards but options to have some fun on them are countless.
And one hint for those who are whining how you can’t turn it off unless you unplug them – press and hold the on/off key for 5 moments and watch the miracle occurs.

but I purchased this system to widen my musical spectrum and compose electronic music, along with to check the other music I compose.
Pros :
– Compact : Length its only a little larger than a keyboard; I
– Connectivity : it really is really quick for connecting, it installs in under a minute
– Versatility : as it has both secrets and pads, it really does offer depth to the music. For example I want to use the keys & pads simultaneously , it creates an extremely tones being rich because of this. One must also include which you replace the octaves of the secrets, so this gives added versatility
-Keys- The tips are extremely responsive, and also have a natural feel in their mind
– Software : It comes with Ableton live lite , which is good
Cons :
– Since it has 25 tips it could limit you if you should be into playing more classical things. But also for contemporary music it is sufficient.
Overall, I are finding the Oxygen 25 great for just what I needed.
Comment:
It comes with a lot of features and real settings in the keyboard itself for adjusting sounds. This offers a satisfying tactile sensation and permits for considerably faster and much more accurate modification of tone/EQ/effects, etc.
The accompanying software; Xpand! and Twist, are rather diverse and considerable in their sounds, perfect for someone starting.
that is truly a starting midi keyboard, together with price reflects that. However quality, develop, feel and features aren’t sacrificed for price, and all together this is certainly a tremendously item that is solid.
