I’ve been messing with this synthesiser for around a week now. I must admit it is a total many more to consume than i had anticipated. There is way too many features and ways to make use of this synth in retrospect to other people inside the same price range as well as techniques to link it to other gear you’ve got.

Fully supportive of eurorack, i’ve got a beatstep linked to this in addition to my Arturia Keylab49. I prefer the bigger tips of my arturia to be honest plus the undeniable fact that i can get a handle on my sessions that are ableton here as well. I do not have problem aided by the little secrets presented by Korg regarding the MS-20 mini but i like having more octaves for an instant switch up.

The greater amount of I make use of it, the more I love it! No doubt this will be one of the better synthesizers. (I never ever attempted the original one, but comparing videos with them without a doubt the mini is not that effective, still.. its amazing!)

Yes, its noisy and hissy but thats just how I like it. The filter may be the beast here… a totally boring electronic kinda synth will get you damp when you push the frequencies to your restrictions…

Its one of those few synths you will see in every major musician’s studio, and not only for collecting dust… I am sure they normally use it in most record and song they make.

It only accepts note data, so for instance, for automation of filters you have to do them by hand. Which will be big enjoyable to accomplish!

It always impress me personally and most likely the only minus is you cant save presets, you could just print the blank ones you have alongside the synth.

And if by any possibility you possess a space echo… man… the blend is out of this world… atart exercising . reverb to it too and you will even make ambient music…

With a little bit of knowledge and imagination there is nothing that this CHEAP piece of plastic cant make… yes, in my opinion its really cheap! Its the synth that is most beneficial you can get your money can buy and actually I have always been pretty sure you cant get something better for even twice of its cost!

extremely pleased with this specific as I had checked on the web and I’ve been doing a bit of research for a while. The results of all this is to select the Moog product therefore the Plus variation as the CV is had by it and Gate connections that will be of good use with my assortment of older analogue synthesizers.

First I encountered a problem. The theremin was got by me personally with INCORRECT charger. I couldn’t link it at all. It was Moog charger but also for some other product. I had been disappointed, but Thomann offered a brand new charger at no cost (regularly it costs 50 euro).

Than, I encountered the another issue. I have noise that is bad and sound, I was once again disappointed. But what exactly is unclear, and I wish to UNDERLINE is in EU the charger is not earthed. Theremin must be earthed. So, if you wish to use your theremin in EU you’ll want to earth it such means which you connect the line production of the theremin to your amplifier WHICH SHOULD BE EARTHED.
Now it really works completely. Lovely product.

This small man came to me personally as a huge surprise from TE when they teamed up with Cheap Monday; being known due to their 600¤ synth and then discovering this thing for 70¤. Nice unique sounds and effects, a really, REALLY presenter that is goodbetter than the Volca series), clear display, sturdy for a portable setup, good battery life (runs on regular AAA). It could also inform time.

Being only a barebone PCB with buttons+display on top, it does not even have the on/off button (it has auto-sleep though), but that does not stop it from delivering a serious punch. Editable parameters can be motion sequenced too, patterns could be chained and tempo and shuffle is(up that is also editable 240BPM). Has an included stand (a fold-out steel piece).

I want it’s a few of these things (however it wouldnt cost therefore little):
-channel mute
-display light
-on/off (although I think the newer PO-2x series may have that)
-more pattern spaces
-maybe better saving (if you remove the batteries, sometimes it wipes your patterns)

But I think I’ll buy some more, these specific things have great charm and usability, I also made an EP solely done on a PO-12.

I ended up being anticipating a toy but I am actually amazed by the noises this little thing could make. Through some effects it seems significantly more massive than it offers any straight to if you run it. Especially for the price that is low. I guess the just downside to the specific PO could be the reality than several other POs that it is much harder in order to make the full song with it. It can only make drum noises nearly (there is certainly a synth and bass noise but it is quite limited). But at least the one thing it really is carried out by it does really well.
