Received the guitar last night. And wow!
Firstly, big thanks to Thomann, as aside from needing a tune the guitar came set up correctly out of the box. Action was perfect and no intonation issues whatsoever.
Quality wise, the guitar is superb and the finish is sublime. One very small imperfection on the finish of the neck near between the 11th and 12th fret, but I only noticed it because I was scrutinising the guitar very closely!
It plays beautifully and sounds fantastic. The pickups give a lovely clear, rich sounds. I didn’t detect any muddiness in tone at all.
If I had one minor complaint, it would be that the pickup selector switch feels a little bit flimsier than I would like it to be.
However, this is a sub-£100 guitar we’re talking about and I don’t want to give Thomann thought about raising their frankly excellent prices, but you could pay considerably more than that and still think this guitar was excellent value.
I’m not a gigging musician, so this will be used for recording at home and will be perfect for the job, although if I was still gigging I’d be more than happy to use this guitar on stage.
Bravo Thomann, you’ve got a very happy customer here and I will definitely be looking at Harley Bentons first the next time I want to add to my collection.

This is my first electric guitar and I have nothing to compare with. I’ve heard a lot about the quality of harley benton. But I have never in my life held a very bad or very good electric guitar. Therefore, I cannot compare quality, only emotions.
Well, the sound is very good, warm and fat, a little lacking in highs, but either I could not tune the combo amplifier, or this sound happens only on stratocaster. Of the minuses, the edges of the lining are slightly erased in the region of 20-24 frets. The still open 6 string rings with a large attack.
I like the sound because of, but it’s hard for me to evaluate, since I did not play electric guitar, only bass guitars.
What is important to say! I sit down to play this guitar and play for 2-3 hours without feeling this time at all!
