for beginners this is a very nice electric guitar. Quality is Okay although I had one incident with the tuners. One of them broke on first string change. Thomann has sent me a new one, buit I have to say that the quality of the tuners is not so good. They have a large tolerances and feel kind of wobbly. I have compared them to Fender tuners and there is no wobbling at all. In fact I have changed to fender tunres now. With those I have a great string stability.

Anyway I still find that the quality is OK for the price, especially thinking that a fender start cost about 2 to 3 times the price of the Yamaha Pacifica.

Sound is quite good with the humbucker, the single coil is a little noisy though. Anyway I like the optioin to change between them. The quality of the wood of body and the neck is of good qaulity as well as the paint.

Summary: Good guitar for beginners, I still have fun with it after using it for more than one year,
