this is a really nice guitar. fit and finish is flawless. Fretwork is very nice, nicely polished no buzz or dead spots. fret ends are nice tho it could only be a tiny bit improved.
setup out of the box was very nice. once tuned intonation was spot on.
The action was a tiny bit high but I prefer it really low. in a few seconds i was able to set it to my liking without any fret buzz.

the sound is the danelectro sound. And it is where i got sad. It is not the guitars fault, but it turned out that what I liked on yt videos and sound samples I could not get along well in person. I tried it with H&K tube heads, randall and laney tube combos, transistor combo. but it simply is not for me. It is not the guitars fault, nothing wrong with it. it is just too bright and airy and chimey for my liking.

if you like bright airy sound there is nothing against it. For the price and the uniqueness its a no brainer. Just be sure this is the sound you are looking for.
