Comment:

This is probably one of the best Epiphones that I’ve owned, both in feel, looks and sound.
The neck is quite chunky, but is surprisingly comfortable. No neck dive, and looks great in person.
Losing some point based on the QC, there’s some corner cutting to be expected on guitars in this price range, but basic play-ability issues are hard to ignore. The main one being fret buzz, primarily in the lower fret range. I’m putting this down to the wraparound bridge but it will still require some tweaking to get right. Another issue I find, likely to do with the SG model – the jack is too close to the neck tone knob, making it a tight squeeze.
Overall, worth a shot – looks and sounds great, shame some of these issues couldn’t be ironed out in the factory first.

Comment:

Pros:
-The paint job on my product is flawless
-Holds tune
-Plays well (after a lot of setup)
-Feels very solid

Cons:
-Scratches on pickups???
-Fingerboard was pretty dirty when it came
-Sloppy drilling work on the truss rod cover
-Pickup switch nut was loose when it came

Conclusion: For the price i think its a good buy. Plays well, feels solid thing afterall and looks nice.
