This is the very first guitar I bought from Thomann, normally I prefer to try guitars in a store before buying but I took a calculated risk knowing that if anything was wrong that Thoman operates an hassle free return policy.

Nevertheless there was no need for this. The guitar arrived in perfect condition and the thing that suprised me the most was the quality of the manufacturing and the guitar setup itself.
The action was perfect as low as I like it and the fret edges are very smooth and rounded, no fret sprouts and the neck was perfectly set.

Soon as I plugged it in I was very happy with the sweet sounding P90’s and the only thing that needed attention was the bridge pickup which was set way to hight with hardly any clearance between the bottom of the strings and the top of the pickup. An easy fix and everything is perfect.

I am very happy and this goes a long way towards my confidence in buying from Thomann again, despite Brexit and shipping charges I have received the guitar 2 days ahead of it’s delivery estimated date. Sometimes all starts align and I get a lucky strike, not often but rarely I do.

Thanks Thomann & Co.

This is an excellent guitar, not only great for the money, it’s great overall.

The fit and finish is great, can’t find any defect in any of the parts. The finish is a bit darker than in the pictures, and the pattern of the maple cap is quite nice. The guitar looks stunning.

The P90s sound great, and it includes a pull-push dry switch (it’s a high-pass filter) for a more single-coily sound without losing any volume. Both pickups have great definition and are extremely versatile, in love with them.

Guitar feels great too, the neck is chunky and the fretwork is good. It’s very comfortable to play in part due to the belly-cut and shape.

I really like this guitar, I heard a lot of good things about the Revstar series, but it’s still better than I expected.
