Out of the box the guitar looks perfect but its allot darker in color than the images on here. Hardware is all fine and well in place though the tone pot is a bit stiff.
Guitar neck is in very good shape considering the trip the instrument went through, neck relief and string action is set high for my taste so i may have to do a setup but that is up to personal preference.
Frets seem to need some polishing but nothing big, they play and feel great as they are.
When plugged to the amp the guitar sounds and plays great, pickup switch selector does everything you expect of him and same goes for volume and tone pots, sustain is a joy and the neck through design contributes the most in that department.
The neck it self is simply wonderful but as expected out of an Ibanez guitar.
One thing i have noticed though is that when in neck pickup and choosing position 5 of the 6-way switch selector, the sound goes notably quieter. Same goes when playing in position 2 where the bridge and neck pickups are split.
Probably setting pickups height and adjusting pole pieces might solve this but straight out of the box and plugged into the amp this is what i ‘m dealing with.
A good all round setup is recommended as it will solve all the above issues i guess, so i recommend this to everyone who buys a new instrument.
All in all it is an instrument with features above it’s price range (wood selection and construction method) and a good solid base to start with.
Some of the hardware could have been of a better quality (nut and tuning machine heads) but at this price i ‘m more than happy . Absolutely recommending this guitar.

How to start? Price, quality, design, features?
For this price is very hard to find better guitar. Guitar looks great, very unique. Mahogany body and 5 piece maple/walnut neck. Neck maple wood is actually flamed maple! Neck through body is awesome feature, its fits perfect in hand. Pickups has 5 way switch so on 2 and 4 position, you split them. Great feature!
With this guitar you can play any kind of music! Must have!
