Comment:

I received this guitar from Thomann last week. Transfer from Germany to Poland was really smooth and quick. Guitar was well packed with special cartoon provided by Thomann. No damage or other problems spotted.

Guitar is rather amazing with some minor remarks. Sound is stunning and if I compare EMG pickups with 490 R and 490 T humbuckers I can see a huuuge difference. Sustain is probably the greatest advantage of this Gibson Les Paul.

Wood and color STB made me really happy. Of course it depends on personal preference but in general this guitar looks wonderful. Guitar is not heavy but I do not think it may cause any problems (just for those criticizing modern Les Paul constructions from Gibson).

Fretboard is very comfortable however I spotted some buzz on first few frets when push with limited strength (!). I will regulate it but It should not happened to Gibson.

The last thing is a glue on body under the fretboard. I could be better wiped. Is not a real problem but rather minor esthetic issue.

Overall, guitar gives you a lot of pleasure and fun when you play. I play rock and metal and I’m not disappointed.

Comment:

My first and originally owned electric guitar is Fender Strat Player Series up till now. As I progressed, I realised 42 mm nut width gave my fingers little room to stretch and so I started to search for a 43 mm. When discussed with Thomman, i was directed to this guitar. I just received this today and man oh man! The guitar is mind-blowing. Yes its beautiful but the playability and the comfort level i am feeling is truly amazing.I do not say Fender is a bad guitar but i just felt like i need more space for my fingers to spread.
The design, sound, and quality everything is up to the mark. My first experience with Gibson and they have made a new fan. I will recommend this to anyone currently looking at this guitar.
