I have always loved the Gretsch sound and look. For a long time I had promised myself one, especially the Airline Silver version, it?s just lovely. Had a chance whilst on holiday in the U.S to play one and was very impressed indeed, that?s what really made my mind up. So as usual I went to Thomann and seen what I wanted and purchased.
Pros, As usual excellent service packed really well and safely arrived on cue. The guitar does not disappoint beautiful finish on body and metallic silver to front. Love the grain of the wood on back and neck. Ebony fretboard with beautiful pearloid thumbnail inlays. The sound is iconic and beautiful from the pickups and with the total control with two volume controls is wonderful.
Cons, I can?t put it down.
I have waited a long time for this and I certainly was not disappointed. An excellent purchase and fabulous value for the money if your on the edge of a decision I would highly advise the plunge.

Guitar arrived well-sealed and in great condition. I’ve been playing it for more than 8 months now and have to say that it’s very comfortable, sounds really good for its price and most of all – looks just awesome. The silver finish is just beautiful!
