Comment:

Love the look of the Buttercream finish, so bought this on a whim.

Fretwork is great, only one ever so slightly high 13th fret, but can still get very low action.

I don’t use the whammy, so I’ve screwed the back screws up tight to get the bridge flush to the body.

Nut is cut really well, no pinging/tuning slippage. It could be cut a little lower and I’ll get this done by my local tech, just to get the first frets in tune better, but It’s not terrible by any means.

Picks are good. Very warm sounding humbuckers. In between sounds are very standard Strat-ish, while the full humbucker sounds give a bit more versatility for higher gain.

Electronics are all great, solid jack socket, good pots/pickup selector.

The only flaw I had with mine is that they didn’t install the shaft for the string tree. It’s just the top part of the string tree screwed right down to the headstock face, so the e and b string angles are a bit too sharp.

All in all, very good. I’m happy with it.

Comment:

Couple of rough spots here and there. Very poor setup. Neck has substantial back bow but not in the center, but rather near the 4th fret. Not sure that truss rod adjustment will fix that. Will return. Sound is great, finish also. Just not usable.
