The guitar that I received has some major issues. First the backplate is in wrong place so doesn’t match the holes so you can’t restring the guitar first you have to take the backplate off something that I just realize because I had to restring the guitar. They haven’t cut the nut correct and the low E string is coming off the fredboard very often. The output jack also has something so when I am moving the guitar I lost conection and I have to put in and out the cable many times.For me it was an expensive guitar I was expecting better quallity from Fender but I am really disappointed by Thomann actually because they don’t do a basic check before they send a guitar to a foreign country which is kinda ridiculous.So beware before you order.

I am on my second guitar, as the first had to be returned due a single fret that was too low, causing fret buzz only correctable by stratospheric action, way over Fender’s own specs.

With that said, the second copy is everything I hoped for and then some. It is my first proper Fender, after a Squier and a few Harley Bentons.
I’m loving the look, the feel and the sound. Noiseless pickups seems to have rumors about not sounding as good as proper single coils. Granted, I can only compare to Squier single coils, but these Noiseless are a lot better than those. And hey – no noise!
The setup was great, almost too low (hard playing gets some buzz, but that’s my own choice in playing style), and everything about is just feels great.

Highly recommended, even with a rather time consuming return/replacement process, including VAT refund with local government. If I were to invoice Fender for the hours used on this, it would probably be more than what the guitar costs..

But I regret nothing, the guitar is just that great 🙂
